Call for Submissions Closes: October 14th

Community Voting: October 17th - November 15th

Selected Sessions Notified: December 2

Who attends the event?

The Creative Week Summit is geared toward professionals in the advertising, design, film and digital industries from entry to mid-level to experienced. Our attendees come from all over the world to take part in our awards shows, conference and presentations which all take place during Creative Week.

How long should I plan my session to be?

Sessions will run for 45 minutes total — 35 minutes of presentation time, with 10 minutes allotted for questions and discussion at the end.

What topics will be covered at the Creative Summit?

This year’s theme is Future-Proofing: Staying Ahead of the Creative Curve. We’re looking for submissions in the following categories: Culture, Innovation, Design, Gender Equality, Inclusion & Diversity and Leadership. These categories represent the core pillars upon which the The One Club for Creativity is built; select the one that you feel most suits your idea.

What are some examples of past sessions?

Past sessions include Culture and the New Storytelling, Forever Young: How to Fight Ageism in Advertising, and Brands, Advertising and Social Justice. Full videos of past sessions can be found on The One Club’s YouTube page.

My session idea requires specific materials/AV equipment. Can this be accommodated?

Rooms will be equipped with projectors or flat panel monitors and sound. Please provide as much detail as possible in your proposal, and we will do our best to accommodate any specific tech needs.

How much detail should I provide in my proposal?

The more specific a proposal is, the better. We’re looking for thoughtful, well-planned, fully fleshed-out ideas. Don’t be afraid to get granular.

What should I consider when naming my session?

We love a catchy, fun title as much as anyone else, but we also want your title to be direct and explanatory. Focus on hooking the reader by capturing the main takeaway from your session.

Will I be able to make changes to my proposal after the voting interface goes live?

After you submit, you will no longer be able to make changes to your proposal. We highly recommend you review and proofread your idea before pressing the “Enter” button.

Will all the information I enter on this form be seen in the public interface?

We ask for a lot of information to help The One Club staff fully evaluate all proposals, but only a select amount of information about your idea will appear in the public interface. No contact information will be made public.

Can I encourage voting for my proposal on my blog or via my social media channels?

Of course! Rallying online support for your idea is an important part of the process.

How will sessions be chosen?

Submissions will be curated based on a combination of public voting and input from The One Club for Creativity. Not everyone will be selected but this ensures that our Creative Summit will truly reflect what our audience wants to see and hear.
